Added a new system window and door assembly line to further reduce delivery lead time.

This month, the factory completed the installation and commissioning of its second system door and window assembly line. The new line handles high-volume orders for inward-opening and tilting system windows and heavy-duty lift-and-slide doors, complementing the existing production capacity.

After the production line goes live, scheduling flexibility for system window orders improves significantly. For overseas bulk projects, we can flexibly allocate lines based on order volume, reducing wait times and shortening delivery cycles compared to before.

The new production line synchronizes the profile machining center and corner assembly equipment, ensuring processing accuracy through machinery to minimize human-induced deviations. The quality inspection process retains the original multi-node workflow, with every finished unit inspected prior to outbound shipment.
