Production Equipment
Critical processes are automated by equipment to minimize dimensional and angular deviations caused by manual intervention.

CNC Dual-Head Cutting Saw
Profile fixed-length cutting with angle and length controlled by the device to minimize manual marking errors.

Corner Forming Machine
Join the corner of the frame and sash, using corner glue to enhance strength and sealing.

Profile Processing Center
Complete milling, drilling, and other operations for hardware mounting holes and drainage hole processing.

Glass Assembly Station
Install the insulating glass with the profile; place gaskets and spacers per specification.

Hardware Installation Station
Install and adjust hardware components such as locking points, hinges, and handles. Test the smoothness of operation for each unit individually.

Packaging Line
EPE corner protection with wooden crate packaging; glass and profiles secured in separate sections for long-haul ocean freight.
Workshop View and Processes
Real photos of workshops arranged by production process, showcasing the actual operations at each stage.

STEP01
Profile Cutting
Cut to length per the machining drawing and deburr the cut edges.

STEP02
Mill and drill slots
Machine hardware holes and drainage channels.

STEP03
Corner Forming
Corner mitering and gluing to ensure corner strength.

STEP04
Glass Assembly
Install shims and gaskets, then insert the insulating glass unit.

STEP05
Hardware Installation
Install lock points, hinges, and handles, then adjust.

STEP06
Final Quality Inspection
Inspect each unit for sealing and surface quality.
Production Capacity and Process Advantages
Clear division of labor on production lines enables flexible scheduling for batch projects.
The factory organizes production lines by process, with separate zones for profile processing, assembly, and glass lamination. Batch orders are allocated to production lines based on scale to minimize queue wait times. Critical dimensions are ensured by CNC equipment, while corner joining and hardware installation stations follow standard operating procedures.
Packaging uses EPE corner protectors and wooden crates. Glass and profiles are secured separately to withstand long-haul ocean shipping and minimize damage upon arrival.

Quality Control Process
Multi-stage quality checks; inspection records are provided with the shipment.
- 1
Raw Material Inbound Inspection
Verify profile wall thickness, surface coating, and glass specifications; do not accept non-compliant batches into inventory.
- 2
Process Inspection
Cut dimensions, corner joint strength, and hole position accuracy are inspected and recorded via sampling by process.
- 3
Hardware calibration
Test each door for smooth opening/closing and proper latch engagement.
- 4
Seal and Appearance Inspection
Inspect seal strip continuity, glass appearance, and profile surface scratches.
- 5
Pre-shipment Verification
Verify quantity, dimensions, and packaging against the order configuration checklist.
